Stray tats review

Gracey and I were super excited to review these!

With stray tats you can design your own temporary tattoos using an image from your computer.

I don't have any pictures at the moment because Gracey and I only had about 5 minutes to do our tattoos and my camera was dead , but next time Gracey comes over we'll do some more and take lots of pictures to post.

These tattoos work just like regular temporary tattoos, but they look a lot more realistic.

All you do is cut out the tattoo as close as possible to the edge of the image, then you just peel off the paper, press if onto the area where you want it to go and apply a damp wash cloth. When you're done, you blot the tattoo with a paper covered with special powder to make the tattoo matte.

These tattoo's should last 2-5 days.

The only negative thing about this product is that stuff tends to stick to it. It's not that bad though.

Overall, we would recommend it to anybody who wants the look of a permanent tattoo without the commitment.

This would also be perfect to prank people with, or use in a costume!

I'm so sorry we don't have pictures yet! I promise we'll post some next time we're able to get together!

I wanna go to sleep!

Hehe, thumbs up for deliberate mock pouty faces ;)

Fact: I just spend an hour and a half writing an article that I decided not to publish.

I'm super bored, and I can't wait to go to sleep, but I decided I really wanted to post on here so here I am :)

I can't wait till I finish Couple or trouble so I can watch Boys over flowers...  8 out of ten chances are you have no Idea what I'm talking about. But that's okay because I shall tell you.

Couple or trouble and Boys over flowers are Korean dramas.

One thing about me is that I either watch one series and I watch all of it, or I can't watch it. I must finish before I start a new one. I like to finish things off instead of leaving them hanging in the middle of a show :)

I decided to give up fast food as of 2012. I don't eat very much of it anyway. And I really hate eating fast food because I know it's bad for me and I always feel like I'm digging my own grave when I eat it.

I just remembered that I might be going to Florida next year. Now that it's so close I feel like something will come up and it won't happen.  I love vacation!

Is it funny that I day dream about grocery shopping?
More specifically I dream about going grocery shopping at my three favorite stores,  Trader Joe's, Whole foods and jungle Jim's, with my two youngest siblings, then going to the mall, Starbucks and Panera bread?
I know, it really is very strange. I like it though, it's how I'd like to spend a lot of my days.

I just found the most adorable picture ever of my favorite angel Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom.

Come, feast your eyes on this adorable couple.

Well.... I think I'm gonna go now. I'm so sleepy it's not funny!

Goodnight, Loves!

Bucket list challenge

Last year I made a list of things I wanted to do before my next Birthday,  although I didn't get very much of it crossed off.
This year  I made another one, and I'm determined to cross off (at least) most of the tasks.

How my bucket list works is I start with a hundred, and then add on however old you are minus 1. For example, it you're 24 then your number would be 125, and you would have to think of 125 things before your 25th Birthday.

A few of the things on my list:

Do good in school.

Don't drink any Soda all year.
(This is one that I have stuck to from last years list. But I'm gonna put it on there again just because.)

Create a collage of things that I love.

Keep up a diary.

Run 8 miles .

Read more Shakespeare.

So now the challenge part,

I challenge YOU to make your own bucket list of things you want to do before your next Birthday.

With everything I crossed out, I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment, and I WILL do better in 2012!

What's on your list?

Just a rant..

Ok, so I'm gonna start off by saying "Happy Belated Thanksgiving!". I hope you all had a nice and relaxing Thursday, and didn't get to sick from overeating!

Now, The subject of this rant is Dolls. Yes, dolls.
Not Barbies, not Cabbage patch kids, but reborn dolls.
My interest in these things is an on and off thing.
Sometimes I plan on trying to make one, and sometimes I just forget all about them.

A reborn doll is pretty much just a regular baby doll that has been given a major makeover by an amazing artist. I have such respect for the people who make these dolls, because I know that it's a very time consuming and difficult process.

Most times, these dolls come out absolutely gorgeous!

A long time ago I painted a picture in my mind of my perfect baby doll. (It's not that I play with dolls, I collect them. I swear!)
I decided that it was a beautiful, realistic Asian doll. It would weigh as much as a real baby, and it would fool my friends into thinking it was real.
I have a very clear vision of what it would look like, I'm not sure where it came from. Probably a picture of a really cute Baby I saw online or something.

I've been looking for a while for a doll similar to the picture in my mind, and though I haven't found an identical doll (and highly doubt that I ever will), I found the closest thing today!

This is little Kameko. Isn't she the cutest thing?

I've decided that If I can ever get enough money, I'll probably have her custom made by Neverland nursery

I really don't know...

Anyway, that was my rant!

Hope It didn't bore you too much!

Pink gradient nail tutorial

Pic #1

Pic #2

Sorry guys, once again I didn't take any pictures while I was doing my nails. Reason being because I had no idea what I was doing at the time, and was just making it up as I went. I didn't know how it would turn out.

These nails were very difficult to photograph. In real life the gradient effect is brighter pink.
Pic #3

The photo here that is the truest to the actual nails is  pic #3

Colors used in this look:
 1. Base coat: Sally Hanson Maximum growth plus in Pretty petal (#10).

2. Gradient: Sally Hanson Maximum growth plus in Dreamy pink (14)

3. Sparkle: Milani nail lacquer in disco lights (Most beautiful nail polish I've ever owned!)

4. Top coat: Sally Hanson Teflon Tuff extra strength nail protector

Ok, here's what I did.

1. Apply 2 coats of a light pearly pink nail polish.

2. Use a cosmetic sponge or paint brush to stipple on a very light layer of a deeper pink covering most of the nail and leaving a small gap between this color and the base coat.

3. Working your way up, continue stippling more layers of the deeper pink. When you're finished the pink should be darkest at the top of the nail, and then look as if it fades into the base coat.

4. Using a pink sparkly color, once again stipple it onto the nail. Focus on the top half.

5. Top it all off with a coat of clear polish and you're good to go!
